After gettin' off the crapper..
After a good contemplative dump, my thoughts turn to May 1st. Throughout history, May 1st or May Day, has been used as a day of celebration, traditions, and for Communism, a day strut their stuff. It is on a more personal level, however, a day to celebrate the anniversery of my wedding. 13 years of wedded bliss. Wonderful wedded bliss I might add.
What is making me mad, is the immigration protest taking over my day. My day! What a bunch of cry babies. When you can't get your way, cry. Protest. Demand. I am proud to be an American. My forefathers immigrated to the US from oppressing conditions in Europe, and the promise of better life here. What the current 'latinos' want is nothing less than criminal. It makes mute the point of a better life. They should be demanding a better life from their government, not mine.
It is also a shame the work ethic has shifted from one of working and providing, to give me more, and I don't want to do those type of jobs. That is what has fostered the current opine, of Mexicans saying "you can't live without us".
That is fine. Go to your homes and familias back in the MotherLand. Take your socialist tendencies and let me enjoy my capitalist life. My country needs a swift kick in the butt, and you leaving will help provide that. Quit taking US money and sending to Mexico to support a good chunk of Mexico's gross national product.
Go away, and Leave May 1st Alone. It is my day, not yours!
